Our agency acts as a service provider in the field of tourism, and regarding all the bookings you make using our website, the agency acts as an agent to supply hotel accommodation to you. All arrangements named in your booking, such as but not limited to accommodation, transfers and insurance are arrangements made between you and the principal supplier of those arrangements.
The responsibility to fulfill the terms of these arrangements is incumbent upon you and the principal suppliers of those arrangements. All relevant documentation will be sent to you via email, it is important to check carefully all the details of your booking once you receive it. The agency will not be responsible for any information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
All communication and confirmations between the parties will be via emails.
Normally Visas to Egypt are effectuated at airports upon arrival. Customers are liable to ensure they are in possession of the correct travel documents before departure and they have met all health requirements. Please check with your nearest consulate office for information concerning travel visas formalities. And For outgoing section visa is the responsibility of the client.
Clients must ensure that they have proper travel insurance in place. From time to time you may be linked via this website to a partner who will be able to supply information on insurance policies but you must use your own discretion when choosing an insurance provider. We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance covering your purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs/holiday. We do not check alternative insurance policies. Travel insurance is issued for Egyptians travelling out of Egypt through the
agency . We act as an agent between concerned parties (insurer & insured)
Tour prices are quoted in USD, based on the lowest category rates, program inclusions, and hotel/cruise category depend on your service selections. Self-Catering: No meals, however, the room will have kitchen facilities. Room Only: No meals and no kitchen facilities. Bed & Breakfast: Continental Breakfast only unless otherwise stated. Half Board: Breakfast and Evening meal – no drinks. Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal – no drinks. All Inclusive: Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal, unlimited snacks (as per each individual hotel's service) and also local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. VAT is usually included in the cost of all accommodation in Egypt & to countries outside Egypt. This is not reclaimable by VAT
Our price guarantee
At the time of booking, all prices shown in our website are subject to availability. As we act as agent and are advertising product provided by third party travel providers, prices are subject to change at any time. We guarantee that once you have made your booking, we will not increase the price of your accommodation this excludes changes to VAT or Government Taxes. Please note: once you have agreed a price and made your booking this is the price you pay. If the price decreases, you are not entitled to the accommodation at the changed rate.
Tours/ Representatives and Tour Guides
Tours booked through The agency always include entrance fees, transportation & the service of an English Speaking guide.
The agency will always honor the booking made for specific hotels & cruises. We will endeavor at all times to ensure that hotels/ cruises make no changes to bookings that we have made with them. If, however, we are advised by the hotel that they have to change your booking or they are unable to provide the accommodation booked we will inform you as soon as possible before departure if we are able to do so. Under those circumstances we will endeavor to provide you with similar accommodation. Please note, however, that we will have no other liability towards you in respect of any other services booked with third parties that may be affected by the accommodation change. If, for whatever reason, we cannot contact you before departure or if a
hotel (or supplier) is forced to transfer you to alternative accommodation when you arrive on the spot, they will undertake to transfer you to alternative accommodation of equivalent rating to that originally booked and when that undertaking has been fulfilled neither they nor we will have any other liability towards you as this could happen without prior notice.. Also note that no refund can be claimed if you stay at the accommodation for a shorter period than that for which you have booked.
All accommodation ratings are provided by the accommodation suppliers and may not correspond to the official rating of the hotel. They are intended to act as a general guide to the standard of the facilities in the hotel. We do not guarantee any of the facilities in the hotel based on the star rating or description provided by the supplier.

Number of nights
The number of nights stated in the price online refers to the number of nights the accommodation has been reserved for you. Some flights may be night flights; when you arrive in hotels/ cruises. Your accommodation will only be available if you have reserved it for that night.
Different hotels / cruises specify different maximum ages for passengers to be classed as children, though the most common maximum child age is 12 years old at the time of travel, up to and including the day of departure. Anyone 12 years old & above will be considered an adult. If you are traveling with children up to 12 years old, only 2 children are allowed in one room.
If you have any special request that do not form part of the standard accommodation services as described in this website (for example room location, bed type, adjacent rooms, disability needs) please let us know, we will pass on all such requests to the relevant supplier, but unfortunately these cannot be guaranteed, these are purely requests. Furthermore if the accommodation provider is unable to meet such requests, neither we nor they can have any liability to you in this respect. Every effort will be made by your tour operator or supplier to meet your request, however, special requests are only requests and not guaranteed.
When it is peak period where suppliers require having an advance to guarantee holding your booked space. The agency shall require a 50% deposit of the total price payable to us at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to departure date for groups. Individuals can pay the remaining balance one week prior or in some cases when arrive to Egypt.
If you wish to make changes to a confirmed booking we will try to accommodate any such requests, but since there may not be availability on the date required we cannot guarantee to do so. If the requested cancelation/amendment can be made, fees will apply as follow as mentioned in cancellation paragraph:
If your booking is for more than one person and one or more members of the party canceled or amended it, the remaining members of the party may find that the cost of their accommodation changes to reflect the consequent under- occupation of the accommodation booked.
In case of force Majeure or local imperatives such as technical difficulties, strikes, bad weather, or any means beyond our control The agency is not to be held is not responsible for travel delays prior to departure or during your tour that. Sometimes weather or Nile River traffic delays can alter the tour itinerary. These alterations do not constitute a refund.
Refunds (Unused Services)
Services & tours booked through The agency are not refundable. The agency ensures quality of services by paying in advance to suppliers which makes it distinguished & favorable in the local market. Therefore it is not in the capacity of The agency to refund any unused service. Alteration in the order of the program does not imply refund as long as the program content was respected
as a whole.
25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.
50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.
100%-of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no show.
Domestic air tickets are NON REFUNDABLE AND ,NON CHANGEABLE
If you have any complaint during your stay, please let us know by contacting the local representative whose details are listed on your voucher in order for us to resolve them immediately.
NB: please bear in mind that we act only as agent for the principal(s) concerned and therefore cannot accept any liability for your arrangements. Any assistance provided in resolving a complaint in relation to any arrangements is provided on a goodwill basis and in our capacity as agent only.
This agreement is governed by the Egyptian Law and all disputes arising under or in connection with it shall be referred to an Egyptian Court.
Our agency acts as a tour operator. Our tours and arrangements are the sole property of the agency and cannot be reproduced in any form. In addition, we will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or any other irregularity that may be occasioned by any defect in any vehicle, accident, or any other form of error or default of any company and/or person engaged in conveying passengers, carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection
